AMI stands for Area Median Income. It is the midpoint income level for a region and is used to determine eligibility for affordable housing programs. Income limits are set as percentages of AMI.

Please Note: Income limits and rental rates are subject to annual review and adjustment in accordance with updated guidelines published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Any changes apply when new limits are released and may affect future lease terms.

At Franklin Group, we’re committed to providing exceptional apartment living and creating communities where residents can thrive while enjoying affordable, quality housing. Please replace the current AMI change with the one attached in the channel.
